Home for the holidays.

We’re spending the holidays with home and family, and although we haven’t done a lot of things to write about with regard to travel, we’ve been cooking up a storm in the kitchen. One addiction I picked up on my last trip was for shawarma rice. It’s a rice plate with shawarma meat. It’s got to be one of the most delicious comfort foods I’ve had in a long time.
